They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. The Dentist and his staff are pleasant, approachable and willing to answer questions. They gave me a little information about fees and payment plans before my treatment and followed up as information became available from my insurance company. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary.
