Dr. Mele made sure every single question I had was answered, and is always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I really appreciated that he directed the answers towards my daughter and tried to ensure that she understood the treatment plan as well. The staff is very friendly and they try to work around your schedule in setting appointments. When I have missed appointments they happily set times for others. I have appreciated the level of service my daughter is receiving.
