Now that the office is under new ownership and has a new dentist, I absolutely love it. Everyone is so nice and helpful explaining what they are doing to my daughter. The office is clean and great for making the kids feel comfortable. I did not have to wait a long time for the doctor to see my daughter. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a kids' dentist

Affordable dental care for our entire family! My husband and I were going here and then we heard that they were doing pediatric dentistry also. My kids used to go to Children's Dental in Thorndale. Now we all can go to the same place. Children's Dental owns Tickle Tooth now. We went here because it was convenient but now we just love going there because of the service and staff!

Such a clean, professional, friendly dentist office for kids! Convenient location too. My daughters really like going to get there teeth cleaned!

They are terrible, neglectful dentists, if you need anything beyond the laser they are inadequate.The office staff is rude & disorganized which would be tolertated due to convenient location but both my children SUFFERRED loss of 2 teeth due to Tickle Tooth's laziness in care plans & poor root canal treatment ( baby teeth) which has led to severe decay & extractions. Do not waste your time or child's health here - they can read an x ray & put fluoride on but their neglect in care planning, treatement & billing is grounds for medical neglect!

All the time, and they usually don't notify me until right before my scheduled appointment
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.
Did the staff call you to remind you about your upcoming appointment?
Definitely not, and when I arrived they had forgotten that I had an appointment
