It's great to know that I can count on Dr. Tencza and his staff. They are very knowledgeable and friendly. The office is very clean and comfortable.

They have such modern equipment so I know they keep up-to-date with the latest procedures and technology!

I can reach them day or night through their answering service, and they really try to get me in the next day if I'm having an emergency. I had an emergency recently (a Saturday) and had to leave a message hoping to get an appointment for Monday. Dr. Tencza returned my call himself the same day and even went to the office to fix my tooth on his day off.

During my dental procedures Dr. Tencza always pauses every few minutes to make sure I'm still comfortable and okay. He and his staff always go above and beyond to make sure I understand every single detail about my procedures. They really listened to me and ask lots of questions. I'm always able to get all my questions answered, and I'm never nervous about starting a procedure. This, is VERY important to me.I felt like they really cared about me.

I'm so glad I went there!

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance
