In my three years of interaction with Dr Killian, I have always found the staff and teh doctor works at the highest levels of professionalism. His recent expansion of capability to do implants is great news. Nothing but high praise for the practice

This guy rates a BIG F... Forget the fact that zero "people skills" as does his assistant. The worst part is, he doesn't want to do his job. It took me 3 years to make a decision to have bridge work done and I TRULY wish I had NEVER done it with him. He basically put the bridge in my mouth and never even asked how it felt. He acted like I was imposing on him to file it properly to get the bite correct. I had to go back twice only to be treated the exact same way. I paid this guy over $2,000.00 of my husbands hard earned money and now I'm left with a very poor bridge job. I have since found a very kind dentist who has spent quality time trying to undo what Dr. Killiian did. Please, AVOID this "dentist" at all costs. You'll be happy you did.

No, they could have used some continuing education

Not really, it was a little uncomfortable
Did this dentist pressure you to get any unnessary dental procedures?
Yes, they were very pushy
Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
Not at all. They saw me but didn't greet me at all
Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary?
Not really, they discouraged any sort of outside advice

The worst service I have ever received. The staff is very nice and greeted me every visit (for the same procedure). My first appointment, I waited in the waiting room for 2 hours before someone came to me and said, "We need to make another appointment". My next appointment the procedure for my crown was started. A month later my permanent crown came in (screwed up). Next appointment got another form. A month later at the next appointment I showed up just for them to tell me we need to make another appointment, the lab rejected the form. I guess it was too much to pick up the phone and call me. Well after 2 more visits I finally got my crown. So in all I endured 5 months of pain and 3 shots in the mouth. After I got my permanent crown, I had to have it fixed by another firm due to the pain I was in.
Needless to say, I will never go back.

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The office was easy enough to find. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. The dentist replaced a filling that I was having no issues with (a silver one). He replaced with a white filling....I had pain for weeks after and he stated he did the filling correctly, it could take up to a year for the tooth to quit hurting. I found another dentist who took me in for an emergency visit, replaced the filling and there was no more pain. The office was not clean...needed painted and washed.
