I do NOT refer this office to anyone! They did a root canal on my son without telling me they were. The dentist use intruments that have fallen on the floor without cleaning or sanatizing them, the dentist DON"T wear gloves wehn working in patients mouths....HORRIBLE !!!!!!

I love when I leave the dentist and I'm able to feel how much cleaner my mouth is, and I definitely felt that after my appointment here. The toothpaste they used during my cleaning tasted great. It made the experience that much better. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.

If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me.

When I was seeing my old dentist. I asked him several times to fix my 2 front teeth and he just brushed it off. When I went to West Shore Dentistry for a cleaning. They filled some cavities on the spot and had me make an appointment to come back to get my crowns. I feel comfortable and important when I go there. I am glad that I have found this dentist in my area.

Not really, it was a little uncomfortable

Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them
