They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. I was completely UNsatisfied with my visit. Waste of time and money if you ask me. When I told them I was in pain during my dental procedure and asked them for a local anesthetic, they said I didn't need it. They didn't even believe me that I was in pain. They never take that extra step to make me feel special. I haven't ever felt that they care enough to get to know me and that I'm almost an irritation. They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. It isn't a big deal, but it does say something about the overall atmosphere of the office.
I've only been there twice, but left with double the issues. They said they were giving me a root canal but they didn't tell me until afterwards that they just dug deeper into my tooth and filled it back up and called it 'fixed'.
Later the same evening I couldn't stop coughing until I coughed up a PIECE OF MY FILLING. They shot me up four times and only waited two minutes to begin, but yelled at me when I said I was in pain then continued on. The medicine didn't take affect until two hours later. The very next day my nose started running from saline being shot up in my nasal cavity. It ran out like a water fall for ten minutes. In the middle of class.
DO NOT EVER GO HERE, SAVE YOURSELF THE MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE WHERE THEY ACTUALLY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING.
