Best Dentist and staff in York!!! I am a nurse with wellspan and have high standards. This office is clean, very current and straight simple talk. My daughters had great memories of Dr David and his humor and magic tricks for kids. I laughed a lot and will tell all this office ROCKS. The staff is very supportive and skilled too. Nice group of trained and helpful professionals. I saw other patients hug staff, talk highly of the doctor in the waiting room and I witnessed the doctor give a child a stuffed animal for good behavior. This all happened in the first ten minutes I was there !!! My experience was great. The cleaning was the best I have ever received. Dr David took extra time to discuss all my questions. I found a new forever Dentist.

Best dental visit ever. Stylish office with real people that connect with you. Cool atmosphere and pleasant customer service. I saw my Ob-Gyn there and my 4th grade teacher was also a patient on the same day. What a reunion !!! Very folksy vibe and straight talk to save you time and money. Honest doctor that gave me options. FRIENDLY STAFF !!! I saw great team work and folks having fun in a professional workplace. I have completed my treatment and I will tell my office about this caring and capable program. A lot of awards on the walls. Mayor gave them a key to the city for community service...WOW.

Great group and very personable. Rooms are modern and well equipped. Staff had warm smiles and greeted and guided me through the entire visit. NO CLINIC FEEL HERE !! Wellspan could learn a lesson from these folks about customer service. Dr Dave was down to earth and explained treatment needs and goals. I really connected with this office and I have seen a lot. Laughed a lot..be prepared to enjoy your dental visit. Youthful energy and a real relaxed vibe with this A+ group. Me and my teeth are ready for prime time. THANKS WESTSIDE

Nice people and friendly!!! I don't get the lady's comment about " clinic " except this team is busy but skilled and caring!!! I laughed a lot and got great service. The doctor had a lot of technology and it was a very clean office. From all of the awards on the wall I knew I was in a popular and established office. Great experience and now my 3 children will be going there. Televisions everywhere and leather chairs...very comfortable.

I decided to try West Side Dental, because they are a participating dental with my insurance. I was a bit skeptical, especially after walking into the office. It reminded me of a "Clinic". However, i still did not give up and follow through with the appointment. The wait was longer than I appreciated. But once the dentist came and did his evaluation, things seemed to go well. He explained that they would send in the pre-approval form to insurance, should take about 2-3 wks. Well that was back on Feb 9th. I havent heard anything from them. I emailed twice with no reply. As i was waiting for the dentist, i noticed alot of unprofessional contact amoung the staff, not use to that type of atmosphere. I do not think i will be going back.

I am not a gossipy person BUT I would share this remarkable office with those who are looking for a new Dentist. Friendly smiles and genuine connection from the moment I walked in. Very positive people and the front office knows insurance, scheduling and any copay info. The assistants in the back really communicate (not a weather conversation) and made me feel like and old friend. I discussed my handicapped daughter needs a new Dentist also. They listened to my concerns and when Dr. David arrived he focused on the problem. He has a warm manner and down to earth tone. He offered several options for my budget. I picked the cheapest option and he refused and said "a strong single mom like you that has made a lot of sacrifices for her daughter deserves better...I will make you a Partial Denture at no charge". He has a disabled brother that has passed. WOW. He winked at me and said HAPPY BIRTHDAY(it really was not)!!

Crazy comment about the TV...got 3 words for you...change the channel!! Televisions (and remotes) in every room. Very up to date and clean. About 12 on staff to assist you and these folks seem hand picked...nice smiles and great attitudes. Doctor has personality and talks clearly about options and how he would treat you conservatively to save you money. Many awards on the walls. Nice location and good experience. My 3 children talked about the FUN they had at their visit. Let them spray air and water, talked to their level and the treasure box prize. 2thumbs up. Carla Methews
