I've been a patient for almost 15 years with Dr. Willis. I have had three others dentist that I remember and none of them can give a shot as well as Dr. Willis. I never feel it. I like that he has his personal cell number on the front door for emergencies and its also on the office answering machine. Dr. Willis and his amazing staff make me feel important. My daughter had a really bad smile and need braces. I went back to the old orthodontists and he wanted to pull her adult teeth and we got a second option from Dr. Willis and they were able to do braces without the extraction and without headgear. My daughter's smile is perfect. I'm impressed every time I see her smile. If you want a good experience at the dentist office this is the first place I could recommend. Cause- It gives me a lot more confidence that I am seeing someone who knows what they were talking about. I have been completely satisfied with my visit and feel that it was time and money well spent. I am lucky to have found such a great dentist. The dentist and staff were so friendly and accommodating. I have never felt more welcome at a dental appointment! I thought the staff was amazing; they were so friendly and helpful, and made sure I felt welcome there.

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Absolutely! They are always very careful and meticulous

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines?
Absolutely! They were very entertaining!

Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. The toothpaste they used during my cleaning tasted great. It made the experience that much better. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared.

I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs.
