I don't know what was going on there- I should have gotten up and left when they handed me the sunglasses I wore in the chair; they were so greasy and dirty that I had to clean them on my shirt to see out of them. He literally spent 15 min. in my mouth to do 4 fillings, it was like a frantic mad-dash to get me done and go home- I guess I was the last one of the day... the assistant was yelling down the hall with her hands in my mouth, to see if another one would clean the bathroom for her. But the part that I am actually pissed-off about, and what led me to come on line and rant, is that it looks like I have bread-dough perpetually stuck in my front teeth; the color match is so bad it is blatantly obvious- The dentist I had at the VA took more time and did a better job matching color- Unbelievable- AVOID.

Not at all. I was extremely bored the entire time

Just moved to Medford. Dr. Stebbins and his staff were super friendly and his staff made attempts to see me ASAP when others I researched wouldn't or couldn't. His office, staff, and Dr. Stebbins himself made me feel at ease and very welcome. I hadn't seen a dentist in 7 years, but Dr. Stebbins never made me feel bad about that. He merely focused on the problem at hand. He took the time to explain things to me in an informative, non-condescending manner. But here's the big selling point for me...he took the time to look for ways to do things that were not only beneficial for my dental needs, but also to my financial needs as well. In other words, his prices were very reasonable and yet his care was exceptional. I would highly recommend him.
