I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. They are incredibly rude on the phone and in person they have the worst customer service I have ever seen. They made me terrified of going to the dentist. I would rather let my teeth rot and fall out than to go back there again. I found a wonderful dentist at Sunset Dental who showed me that dental care doesn't have to be a nightmare. I wish I could give Affordable Dental zero stars by the way they are not even affordable

Worst place for taking a child. Instead of easing the child in to dental care and explaining things to the child they were rude and told the child that they were bad. This child will probably be traumatized of dentist for its entire life. Truly sad....

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. It was pretty hard to find the building, but I eventually found it. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. mary was very rude and yelled at my son and the poor dental assistant student that was there, the student was far nicer and did a good job. i will take nice and slow over pushy and rude anyday, mary should be fired.
