A friend of mine recommended going to Smile Linn Dental when I told her that I was looking for a new dentist for my family. I went and saw Dr. Ibsies for a check-up and a cleaning with the hygienist. I cannot say enough about how impressed I was by the service and the care I received at the office. The staff is very warm and friendly. The office is clean and inviting. Most importantly, Dr. Ibsies took the time to go over the treatment plan with me and I feel very confident in his abilities (I checked out his website for the work he’s done on his patients). I also really liked how thorough, professional and friendly his hygienist Mindy was. Will be looking forward to my 6 months cleanings for sure! I think my kids are going to love going to his office, plenty of cool entertainment while waiting or being treated.

They were able and willing to answer every question I had. I definitely felt informed. When I left my appointment, my mouth felt cleaner than it's ever felt. They did such a fantastic job. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners.
I always complained that my teeth didn't look straight, it has always been a dream of mine to have perfect teeth, but I did not want to wear braces for 2 years +. Until I came to see Dr. Ibsies he told me about 6 month smiles (braces for only 6 months) . So I went for it and to my joy my teeth look absolutely fabulous now...I can smile while feeling confident. Dr. Ibsies and his staff were so great. I highly recommend this office, they are fast , efficient and super nice. Plus Dr. Ibsies is extremely gentle with his hands, I was watching netflix on the TV's he has installed on the ceiling, I forgot I was in a dental chair getting my mouth worked on. Thanks again for my beautiful teeth.....

Dr Fadi Ibsies hands down has one of the most professional and immaculate offices I have visited. He and his staff will make you instantly feel like one of his family with their kind and warm demeanor. I instantly liked Dr. Ibsies from the first meeting. The mere fact that he is a technology guy and his office reflected being in the future of dentistry with all of the latest gadgets and equipment sold me right off the bat.
One thing I have found with many dentists is they up sell you, NOT Dr. Ibsies... he will be honest about any dental issue you have, whether you wait to take care of it, and what the implications are if you do, and we know what that leads to.

I have recommended Dr Ibsies to all of my family and you should as well.

I wasn't too impressed with their level of service. It wasn't terrible but I think that I probably could've gotten better service somewhere else. The front office gal, Debbie can be annoying at times. The rest of the staff were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. The skill of the Doctor was nowhere near the price charged. If the quality matched the skill of the Doctor, I would cut them some slack. Overall, spendy and not that good.

I spent thousands of dollars for dental work (I paid cash since I am not insured) I had two crowns and some fillings done. Since the dental work there was a small amount of discomfort which I attributed to my mouth getting used to the crown and a new sensitivity to hot and cold temperatures also due to the crown. However this did not turn out to be the cause of my discomfort. As fate would have it, I was on holiday this July 7th through the 11th, 2011 in Thailand. While en-route on the airplane the pain started become rather unbearable. At this point I realized there was something more going on with the crown than just sensitivity to temperature.
I went to a dentist in Thailand the same day I arrived for an examination. The examination revealed that the root of the tooth had become infected and that I would require a root canal. Since the pain was becoming more and more severe, I was able to schedule an appointment on the Sunday July 10th at 4:30pm. I attempted to enjoy my holiday by taking ibuprofen to subdue the pain. However, by Saturday night the pain became so unbearable I could not do much of anything.
When I awoke Sunday morning the pain was now spreading into my lower jaw and neck. At this time I believed the tooth had become abscessed. Upon arriving at the Dentist that Sunday afternoon, the Dentist confirmed my suspicion of an abscessed tooth. He then explained my available options. The first being to save the tooth, which would require multiple visits and a course of antibiotics, or to pull the tooth and take a course of antibiotics. Since I am working in China with limited access to dental facilities (one of the reasons I had the dental work completed in the US), and the tooth being the most rearward tooth, my only real option was to have the tooth extracted. Fortunately because it was the most rearward tooth on my right hand side, the extraction has not had any real effect on my being able to chew or eat normally.
I feel rather disappointed. I wasted a large amount of money to get Dental work done in the US in the hopes that the quality dental work would eliminate complications. I am now out the thousands of dollars I spent out of my own pocket in cash, and I am now missing a tooth, that had only been capped for approximately 6 months. When confronted about these issues with my dental work, Dr. Ibsies only comment was sorry, not my problem after you left my office. He did not believe nor was he willing to even acknowledge that the dental work completed by himself may have had something to do with the complications I experienced.
