I was extremely happy with my experience at Dr. Shumate's office . The staff was very kind and comforting...very caring, as well as informative. Dr. Shumate took the time to completely inform me of my treatment plan and answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend this office.

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was easy enough to find. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed.
They gave my daughter porcelain fillings instead of metal fillings and billed us ($252) what the insurance didn't cover, even though metal fillings were covered. Because my daughter was over 18, they didn't ask our permission, and just billed us. When I tried to set up a payment plan, they just sent us to collections.
