I don't really have a problem with their service, I have a problem with the ethics of this dentist. Two times they told me that a cleaning that they performed would be covered by my insurance, and it was not. Then they performed a filling on one of my teeth, and then said that I needed a crown on it. So I got the crown, which they said would be covered under my insurance. It was not because they had just done a restoration on the tooth a couple of months ago. I don't get why they would recommend two procedures on the same tooth, when it wasn't necessary. All, I know is that now I am out 1200 dollars in procedures, that I really can't afford because they led me to believe that my insurance would cover most of it. I won't be returning!

I thought the staff was amazing; they were so friendly and helpful, and made sure I felt welcome there. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.

Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else

Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen
