Our surgeon and recovery nurse were excellent! The girls who answer the phone are rude and could use some customer service lessons. They were not even going to tell me that my daughter needed to be NPO for 6 hours prior to her procedure. They need to remember they are the first contact people have with your business. Good thing you have such good doctors and nurses or I would not be returning after my morning calls.

Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend them to my friends or family. I definitely think that I could have gotten much better service somewhere else. I was amazed at how poorly they treated me.
