I wasn't worried about their equipment. It was safe and well taken care of. When I left my appointment, I honestly couldn't tell if they cleaned my teeth or not. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. Their dental equipment is always very clean. I can tell they sanitize it all the time. They did work me in to pull my tooth however they did not call in the pain medicine as they had offered to.
