My daughter took her 4 yr old for his 6 month checkup. They refused her service because she was 10 minutes late. For goodness sake, they deal with children and children make you late. As my daughter and son were walking out the door to go to the appointment, he had to sit on the potty. What do you tell him, I'm sorry, you'll have to wait for an hour so we can be on time!? Four yr olds can't wait to potty. They really liked the doc but these office rules are way too strict for kids. Unfortunately, she has to find a new dentist for him.

Absolutely! They explained everything in detail and made sure I understood before my procedure
