If I could give them negative stars I would. Over four hours in the chair for a 3 hour procedure. Dentist kept leaving every few minutes to see other patients. Been in severe pain for over a week and a half. My mouth was numb for 2 days from them over numbing it. Feel like I have a dislocated jaw because I experience pain whenever I open my mouth and I had major bruising from the corner of my mouth to my lower jaw.

Would not recommend this dentist office to anyone. The dentist was nice and did decent work. Office staff very unfriendly and rude. I spent over three thousand getting my upper teeth pulled,upper denture,and lower partial. They have never fit right.Told them when they first showed them to me. Have called them several times . Finally got an appointment. Only to be told my warranty had been voided because I had trimmed a high spot off myself. So now they will not reline denture unless I pay $300. Which was supposed to be included in price. Have called several times trying to talk to someone in charge and they will not return my calls.So for now I have go without dentures, which is embarrassing, until I can afford to go elsewhere. Tried eating with dentures in my mouth , after third time gave up. Biggest waste of money!!! Go elsewhere if you want dentures.

The office was easy enough to find. One thing I didn't like while I was there, was that they pressured me a little too much to get dental procedures that I didn't think were necessary. It made me somewhat suspicious of their motives. They told me a little advice about what I could do at home to prevent cavities, but not enough. I was hoping for more information. I was hoping they would give me some sort of local anesthetic during my procedure, but when I asked them for some, they didn't even respond. It didn't feel like they cared very much about my level of comfort. I was very unimpressed with their level of skill. It seemed like they had just started yesterday. And I have been up in so much pain for days Moore and I feel a little defeated....I would never recommend this place. Just terrible..TERRIBLE!

It's a modern office - and it feels a bit like a production line the first time you go, that said, they do seem to retain staff and after several visits its nice to see a familiar tech/assistant. Good cleaning, no excessive wait times, I most appreciate that after making clear I would only pay for additional services explained in advance - that request was followed. Also when I queried a billing error it was resolved quickly and in a professional manner. All in all for cleanings and checkups no complaints.
