Was this provider's office too cold?

They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. They've never rushed my teeth cleaning. They always go above and beyond to make sure my teeth look and feel fantastic. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate.
