Not only did they give me a local anesthetic to make sure I didn't feel any pain during my procedure, they paused every few minutes to make sure I was still comfortable and okay. I felt like they really cared about me. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I keep records of all my dental procedures, so I appreciated them giving me an invoice right when I asked. They are very organized and professional.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Absolutely! I'm confident they will work hard to find the best solution for me

Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

Definitely not; I received the best service ever!

Dr Huber and his staff are wonderful. They are so kind. I have 5 children. Dr Huber has put braces on 4 of them. Their teeth are all just beautiful. I really appreciate that he was always on time. My kids really liked him. He always takes time to explain everything to them.
I have recommended him to many people and will continue to do so.

When I got braces here as an adult, Dr. Huber was actually so moody that I would dread my appointments. Once I asked when my time was to get the braces removed because there was no timeframe laid out for me and he was rude and asked when I wanted them off (?) Then the day that I got them off, he had a staff problem in his office- someone had quit unexpectedly and so my braces were taken off w/ no retainer until the next day, when my teeth had already shifted- so he pryed the retainer onto my bottom teeth (a temporary retainer)- which I never could get back on after removing, so it was all for nothing. I was told 'that's what happens in a day's time after removing braces- you should've came back later that afternoon (1/2 hour drive one way w/ a job to attend). No compensation, no apology and no offer to adjust my retainer. Also, missed some glue on my teeth when removing metal.
