They took the time to explain in detail plenty of techniques I could practice at home to prevent cavities and tooth decay. I've never seen a dental office that cares about their patients more than they do. They've never pressured me to get dental procedures I don't need, and they always have my best interest in mind. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate.

The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. The chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable. I didn't experience any pain during my teeth cleaning. They are always very careful and gentle. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience.
