I have been going to the Strongsville location for 14 years now. Hudec Dental has always been professional, kind and always communicate with me what they are going to do and let me know what my financial obligations are going to be. Hudec also offers a payment plan if needed. Maybe one day they will open a branch close to me.

If I could give them zero stars I would. They messed up a crown on my tooth twice and they will not give me a refund for the procedure so that I can go somewhere else and get it done properly. I've never had so many problems with my teeth since I started going there. They are constantly hurting. Please if you're smart you will avoid this dental office and I mean all of them not just one.

Go for a cleaning all they did was pick a few times at me teeth and said "Teeth are it good shape". I've been to the dentist before I know what it take to do a cleaning, THEY DID NOT CLEAN MY TEETH!

When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return.. They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. It isn't a big deal, but it does say something about the overall atmosphere of the office. after my visit I was still in massive pain. I was givin a presciption for steroids. And told to give it time. I couldnt take to pain any longer so I scheduled and got in to a different dentist. When it was all said and done I found that my pain was due to Dr Kuhn filling the wrong tooth. I also needed antibiotics instead of steroids due to my infection. I am amazed that dentist like this still have a practice! If you love your body, do not go to Hudec Dental! Just take the time to read all the bad reviews. I wish I wouldve.

Worst dentist I have ever gone to in my life. I'm 17 years old and went there for a filling, after drilling my tooth and chipping a peice off, dr. Richards tells me I need a root canal. ?! Because now my nerve is showing, well my nerve was only showing because you drilled too far! I was in pain the entire time, I felt like he was rushing through the entire procedure. I did not go through with the root canal, my dad wanted to ask "Dr." Richards a few questions before he gave me the root canal, and right away the "doctor" got defensive and started getting rude. Then said "I'm not working on your daughter since you're not confident with me" he sent me home with an exposed nerve!!! I went to another dentist immediately after and was told all I need is a filling, no root canal. DO NOT GO HERE!
