TERRIBLE Doctor. My mouth is killing me. I'm pretty sure I lost a blood clot(s) and have dry socket or an infection after he pulled my 3 wisdom teeth. He looked in my mouth for 5 seconds at my follow up appointment told me it was fine and that I had a low pain tolerance. The waiting and exam rooms are gross, they need to be cleaned and updated. The receptionist needs to learn to stay on the phone without it disconnecting. He had a smug smile on his face the whole time I was talking about how much pain I was still in. It was just an utterly AWFUL experience. Please be safe, do NOT go here.

Dr. Salon really helped me out when I was in a lot of pain before leaving for vacation. He got me in before the weekend and solved my problem!!!! I cannot thank his office enough for their friendliness!

Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

No, they've never taken personal calls with me

Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away!

Worst dentist / oral surgeon in Solon. Does not know how to administer pain control. Will say you have received max dosage - bold faced lie. spoke to other oral surgeons who have advised me of this. Was told that dentists will claim this to save money on anesthesia.

Do not even consider using this guy. Office looks like a concentration camp...Old, dirty, dark, outdated.

No bedside manner. no details on procedures. No willingness to stop to administer adequate pain control.

Do not go to this guy! His assistant was the only one that seemed to care at all! The front office staff is rude and they make you feel as though you are bothering them when you ask a question. And the doctor himself needs a refresher course on pain control! The worst dental experience I have ever had!
