I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They examined my teeth very thoroughly to make sure they didn't miss anything. It was nice to know when I left that everything had been taken care of. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time.

i am one of those rare people that does NOT hate going to the dentist now. i had a wonderful dentist when i was a child, but had a difficult time finding a "good" dentist in my adult years. dr. diederich and his staff are friendly, gentle, fun and quite good at what they do. i would strongly recommend him and his office!

The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. I knew that I was going to be in a little bit of pain after my appointment, it happens every time I go to the dentist. It wasn't excessive at all though, and it went away pretty quickly. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help.

Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment?
Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions.
Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special?
Yes, I always enjoy my appointments
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call?
Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time
Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns?
Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had
