I don't know anything about the dentist they have now. The one they did have, Ms. Williams, was awesome. The staff is very nice, for the exception of the receptionist. She is not very nice, and is sarcastic.( chubby, light shoulder-length hair, maybe 28-34 yrs old?) If business is bad, that might be your reason.

It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. They took the time to explain in detail plenty of techniques I could practice at home to prevent cavities and tooth decay. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time.

Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

Absolutely! They explained everything in detail and made sure I understood before my procedure
