Every filling they gave me has fallen out. At one of the appointments they weren't paying attention, and the drill slipped and hit my gums. They ignored the bleeding and kept drilling. I am outraged that I wasted my money on these clueless morons. My new dentist has had to fix every tooth Monarch Dental ever worked on. They are lucky I didn't sue them.
Monarch is a dental CLINIC where dental students come to practice. It is not a dental OFFICE with skilled professionals. You are much better off going to a real dentist.

I called one day, around mid-afternoon, I inquired about a coupon I received in the mail. The Monarch Dentist receiptionist was very rude and told me that I could not get just a cleaning....which the coupon was advertising a cleaning for $39. The coupon did not say anything about having to order x-rays as a must, not even in the fine print. Now that I have obtain dental insurance; I am hesitate about taking my teenage children there. Since we have been living here since July 2010, I have notice that most Piqua residents are prejudice against Hispanics because they think we are illegal. Ignorant folks need to go back to school and learn that the Mexico Border Patrol did not always exist, there was a time when Mexicans could come to United States legally, up until early 1900's.

They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. When I left my appointment, my mouth felt cleaner than it's ever felt. They did such a fantastic job. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities.
