I have had dental problems for years, most notably it is very difficult for me to get numb, and subsequently many dental procedures are very painful. I received a root canal from another area dentist and it was the most excruciating experience of my life. Then the crown fell off and I discovered the procedure was not successful I went to a different dentist to have it fixed and they recommended that I have the teeth removed and replaced with artificial teeth. This would have taken months and cost thousands. Out of desperation, I drove down the street to Dr. Theodorou. I explained my situation and he was able to give me an appointment the same day. He got me completely numb with no trouble at all and, in two short and relatively inexpensive visits, he was able to accomplish what two previous dentists would not. Its been almost a year, and I have had no problems. I am a customer for life, and I would recommend Mentor Dental Care to anyone!

Definitely. I was given a thorough explanation about many techniques I could practice at home

Yes, they lasted as long as they were supposed to

Not at all, they always make an extra effort to make sure I'm comfortable
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. Not only could I tell that the practiced good oral hygiene themselves, they had one of the brightest smiles I've ever seen. It gave me a lot more confidence that I was seeing someone who knew what they were talking about. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. They were so nice and professional and even called me to remind me about my upcoming appointment.
