I will never step foot into this office if my life depended on it. Rude from start to finish. Accused me of things that did NOT happen and bascially said I was a drug user because on the 16th I got a prescription fill from the Allen Memorial hospital for infected tooth my face was swollen badly very badly. I went home and about 12 hours later I had to go back and they rushed me to EMH with a huge infection..I did not have insurance so Griffith comes in on Saturday and says go home come to my office so they send me home with pain meds. I get them filled and I am a junkie.. mine you I saw him today September 6. Scripts Filled August 16 and 18th. both a 3 days supply. and I'm a junkie.. Complete IDIOT!!!! Be prepared to your medical record of RX fills when you walk in the office. In five years I have had maybe 90 pills of Vicodin. The funny thing was I didnt even ask for any medicine. I just wanted the tooth pulled. IDIOT!!

Tammy, receptionist, is very rude and makes passive agressive remarks. Called at 9am, was given an appointment at 11am. She scheduled it as an "emergency", so we got charged $90 extra dollars. Receptionist, Tammy, was incredulous because I needed to leave the area to drop someone off while patient was being handled. Said I could not leave during an extraction because they could not "sit in the waiting room" (this is a 32 year old adult male who was NOT put under - simple novocaine) Price was absurd. $310 for a simple extraction. $90 for x rays which are normally $18 at my standard dentist. Dental tech was making politically charged remarks during the procedure about how we can "thank Obama" over biohazard laws.
During sign in, Tammy repeatedly asked if we had money to pay that day because patient had just moved to town and did not yet have dental insurance. To the point where offensive. Repeatedly advised her we did. When paying, made rude remarks about needing to sign my debit card. Then went on to ask for my identification (which is the whole reason I don't sign my card) and complained that she had to ask for my ID as a result. She complained for at least 45 seconds solid about this.
These people have a lot of nerve. Awful visit. Never again.

Not at all. They closed early even though they knew I needed help

Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them

Not at all! They were boring and outdated

Never, they can't even remember throughout my appointment

I think that dr griffith is a very nice doctor. He has preformed 2 oral surgeries on me. And he knows what he is doing.

Dr Griffith is fantastic, professional and funny.

His staff on the other hand? TERRIBLE. His front desk lady PAM is mean. Just plain mean. I have never in my life had someone talk to me like her. She needs a lesson in how to talk to people or she might find her butt out of a job one day.
