Dr. Zak did my bilateral TMJ replacement surgery in1999. I had already had 2 surgeries on each side of my jaw with limited success. I could barely open my mouth. I have RA and lupus and tmj had basically disintegrated. I've had over 50 surgeries in my 62 years and I must say the surgery he preformed is the most successful surgery of any I've had. 20+ years later. No problems, no pain. I wish all my surgeries were this successful. Thanks to Dr.John Zak!!
