They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office manager was very u7nhelpful with insurance needs. I have had braces on longer that we were supposed to and when I go they often just look at my teeth and I leave. They bill me for it though. Not very professional. I wish he knew more about braces!

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
