Instead of examining my teeth thoroughly like they were supposed to, they only examined them for a few seconds. They should've taken the time to make sure they didn't miss anything. Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. They didn't give me advice that would benefit me at all. They only cared about what would make them the most money. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves.
They treat other horrible, they are rude and my daugher had to have another orthodontist put braces on again because this office was bad.
Most of hte time we arrived 15 min before the appointment checked in waited 15 min after the appointment ot be called back, then sat around for another 15-20 for Dr Holte assistant to walk in do the exam, another 10 mins to see dr holte who walks in looks for a brief exam and then tells the assit wast to do

The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They didn't seem too happy to be helping me. Maybe they were just having a bad day, but they could have been nicer. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it.
