I saw Dr. Dinkins today for root canal therapy (my first appt. with him). I was very satisfied with the experience. Dr. Dinkins was gentle and did an excellent job with numbing the area so I felt no pain. I am slow to numb, and he was patient about giving enough time for the anesthesia to work before he started drilling. I also liked his chair side manner--keeping me informed about what he was about to do and what he was finding as he worked. He allowed time for questions and happily answered them. I would highly recommend this Endodontist.

Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me.

I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want.
