I waited for 30 minutes today for my appt..ask receptionist how much longer..she said 15-20 min..A I had a hired driver I could not wait because he had another appt later in the afternoon..I was told by a rude employee that I would be punished if I cancelled..tried to reschedule..was refused and told again that I would be punished for cancelling..Then the dentist appeared in face mask with tools in hand and yelled across the room to not reschedule me because it cost him$3000 an hour to operate his business ..not sure why he was mad at me..I was in fact early for my appt and waited 30 minutes before asking about the time situation. So I left and now will attempt to find a nicer more considerate professional dentist.

Not at all, they always make an extra effort to make sure I'm comfortable

Definitely! It was one of the best dental chairs I've ever been in!

I used to go dr niederhelman, everything was perfect, until I had an issue with the receptionist. I got to my sons appointment a couple hours early, I thought his appointment was at 11. She told me it wasn't and come back at 1:30. I get to his appointment at 1:40, and they have a10 minute grace period. I stood in line for a few minutes and when I finally got up to the counter the receptionist walked away from her desk, so im standing inline, and she comes back to the desk, doesn't even greatme, and just says " it's now 1:44 your late and he can't be seen" just really rude, so I asked her if I could reschedule or something and she says sure, but you're gonna have to pay $25 since I rescheduled once before in the past. And to me, thats not fair, so I asked to speak with dr neiderhelman and I explained to him what was going ob and I told him that I needed my son to be seen today because I had an important question about his teeth and if he couldn't see him or was gonna charge me I would go somewhere else. And dr neiderhelman looked at me with a blank stare and said "okay well go somewhere else then". I was highly upset about the way he behaved, and I would NEVER refer him to any of my family members or friends. I had to take my child to the emergency dental clinic at Children's Hospital. And come to find out he had an injury to his gum that came from falling uunbeknownst to me. So, emagine, a mother just seeing something was wrong and not knowing if his teeth were going to be okay and going to a dentist I thought I trusted that just let me down in the wrost way and that was very very rude to me. Im very disappointed in this behavior by this dental practice and I will NEVER return. I cannot trust any body dealing with my 3year olds teeth with the nasty attitude that they have. Thank God for Children's and another dental office that cares. And my childs teeth will be fine, no permanent damage was done, and he's perfect!
