Never, they are very reliable.

Not at all, I showed up early and they were ready to see me

It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while.
