WORST experience i have ever had with any dentist. extremely unprofessional, while in waiting room i could hear the dentist and receptionist arguing, did not even use flouride when "cleaning" my teeth, painful and uncomfortable way of taking x-rays. they wanted me to pay for dental work up front that i hadn't even made an appt for yet. i had a couple cavities they wanted me to pay for getting them filled before i even got them filled or ran it through my insurance!!! I immediately scheduled a new appt with a different dentist after i left Lana Redford's office. They were supposed to e-mail my x-rays to my new dentist, but all of a sudden my x-rays "disappeared " in their comp or so they say..this was a HUGE inconvenience for me. STEER CLEAR OF THIS DENTIST, you will regret it . Not to mention Lana Redford was wearing 4 inch heals and a shirt that bared her midriff, which was very inappropriate. After telling them I would not be returning they kept calling my cell phone, extremely rude, they even went as far to call my Dad who was my emergency contact number on the sheet i had filled out in their office. These people are running a VERY SHADY practice! My new dentist Gary Holtz is Wonderful, call him instead!

I was hoping to get some sample toothbrushes or toothpaste after my appointment, but I didn't get anything. I felt very uneasy and just did not feel comfortable at all. When I decided not to come back they were very rude and were unprofessional. I would never return let alone bring my family there. The only good thing out of the whole experience was the office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.
