The staff is pretty nice, Dr. Palma himself is a different story. He always seems preoccupied and like he'd rather be anywhere else. He gets frustrated easily and is very rude. Sometimes he doesn't even say hello before he puts his hand in my mouth and yanks it in a comfortable position for him. If I wasn't in the middle of braces I would without a doubt switch to anyone else.
