Definitely not. They were unaware of my situation, even though they had my information

Yes, I'm never confident that my appointment will actually happen

Not at all. Every time I go in they recommend an expensive procedure I don't need

The office is very clean and pleasant. The staff is nice and Dr. Baker is one of the best dentists I have been to so far.
