Definitely! They paused every few minutes to make sure I was comfortable

I will not be returning to William Hogan. At the end of the procedure I asked him a question and he made me feel very stupid for asking it. In addition I heard him talking about me to the office staff when I was leaving. Very unprofessional. The other negative was they didn´t tell me that my insurance didn´t cover white fillings and that they do not do silver filings. So my husband and I ended up paying 300 dollars to make up the difference in cost. This is also unprofessional. My one friend works front desk at an office for two dentists and always calls to verify insurance coverage and let the patient know what teh extras are. Its just good practice if you want to keep your patients. Needless to say I won be going back.

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Dr. Hogan and his staff are warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel confident about the care I received. The office was easy enough to find. I will absolutely return.
