I was treated terribly. They did fillings on the wrong teeth and I walked out during the procedure because of it!

This was the worst dentist experience I have ever had. They did several fillings for me and the shots were WAY more painful than normal. I know that the shots are usually pretty bad but this was excruciating. When they started the fillings I was feeling pain from it and when I told him so that he could numb me more, he said "No, you don't, your just nervous". WHAT?!? I may not have been very nervous before, but I definitely was after that. He eventually numbed me more but he was very reluctant. He started a root canal for me and billed my insurance for it but couldn't finish because of the shape of my roots so her referred me to an Endodontist. It is now six months later and he still has not given my insurance company back their money so that they can pay the Endodontist, so now that money is coming out of my pocket. I recommend LaClair Dental in Carthage, I go there now and they are fantastic.

I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. The toothpaste they used during my cleaning tasted great. It made the experience that much better. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. All the equipment at this office seems very safe and current. Everything looks well taken care of and fairly new. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times.
