I had a very unsatisfactory experience with this location. Took a year to get my dentures. No professionalism - No listening to me - never fit right - I would not recommend this to anyone.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had in any medical establishment! No professionalism, no listening, lousy product, nothing ever fit right, to many appointments rescheduled by them and one time the place was closed when I showed up for an appointment, etc... I could go on forever! I should have left when the first appointment was for a consultation and the Dr. didn't even look in my mouth and just asked me if I had any questions.... No introduction, no hello.... very rude.
Good news is the Dr. is gone now. On a plus note there was one person that worked there that was professional, but she was one out of many. Guess that is what the one star is for.

Oh, Very nice when you call for an appointment. They said they would take x-rays, I told them I had my own. She said it was up to the doctor if she wanted to use them. (I have No top teeth). They wanted the money up front, before I saw the doctor. We waited forever, so many people in there. The doctor came in and took impressions for the top plate, I wanted my husband and my son to see them, before making permanent........that seem to be an issue! ( they would see me more than I would, I don't walk around with a mirror). Anyway they looked beautiful.....I waited all day and came back........the fit was terrible. They wouldn't stay up, the gaps in the side were huge the V in the front was huge, no suction at all!!! ....I refused them because I would have to come back to have them realigned, I told them I wanted to start with a perfect fit.........they told me I would have to come back tomorrow, I said I couldn't. I just drove over an hour away. I ask for my money back and they refused me.......then they said they needed to keep $250. I told them I am walking out with Nothing for $250. and took the day off from work!! Then they didn't want to give me My X-rays!!! My husband Got really mad, I brought them!! finally got out of that office with My x-rays and lost $50. and lost a day of work.........for Nothing!!!! They do Not know how to fit dentures!!! The teeth themselves were beautiful. But I got nothing out of that day, other than being really mad at them. It's like an assembly line, they don't have time for you!!!!!!! And the doctor yelled at me and said she spent more time with me than anyone!!!! I was paying $700. for just the top denture........the coupons I had were worthless, small print makes them impossible to use!!! NOT a professional office at all........The doctor or the 2 receptionists!!!! The man that made the teeth, made them perfect, I loved them!! The doctor was mean!!! Just not particular, like they didn't care! That's a lot of money to pay for a top plate that fell down when I smiled!!! From the looks of the feedback........they Need to spend more time satisfying the customer!!!

I am completely UNsatisfied with my visit. I went to them for an upper replacement denture. The one I had (that they did not make) never fit & was painful & uncomfortable for 7 years but looked pretty good. When I left the affordable Dentures with my new dentures, I was comfortable & they felt pretty good but they look ridiculous. They tried to convince me that they are supposed to look like this but they are so small it looks like I have no teeth at all. My family & friends agree. I am returning tomorrow to see if they are going to fix this.

Made apt. for pre-treatment estimate. They charged $105 for consult. Apt.s are not honored. It's 1st come 1st served. Waited 3 hrs. X rays were mandatory along with impression. During impession process, blood & pain were realized & noted by dental assistant. Two days later, crown fell out. I went back to this office to show end result of blood & pain. Assistant denied that blood & pain were noted when impression was taken & Dentist stated that impression process could not produce pain or blood. Another dentist seen after, stated that blood is sometimes present when impression is taken. They do not honor apt.s made, they are liars, don't honor apt.s but will charge your ins. co. if after waiting hrs. to be seen you must leave before being seen.
