Don't ... go somewhere else as fast as you can! Started out with a full upper denture.
After 18 months, bone graf, four implants installed that would not support teeth (because Douglas Smail decided to put the implants in the roof of my mouth), bleeding, biting my mouth, I'm back where I started with my full upper denture.
Besides the whole experience, I'm also minus close to $20,000. Don't ........ go somewhere else as fast as you can!

Definitely. I was given a thorough explanation about many techniques I could practice at home

Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent

Definitely! It felt more clean than it's ever felt!
Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office?
Absolutely not! I was seen right away!

Dr. Smail is a wonder person as well as an excellent surgeon. He took two teeth from my elderly, dementia mother with gentleness and kindness. A few years later he extracted my daughter's wisdom teeth. My other daughter is scheduled for her wisdom teeth this summer. He has truly earned my trust.

I had to wait for a little while.
Did this dentist offer you anesthetic when appropriate?
Definitely! They paused every few minutes to make sure I was comfortable
Did your gums bleed excessively after your appointment?
Not at all! They were very gentle and careful

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met
