They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance.

I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. He was super nice. I have never meet any doctor like doc Loeser. Only good thing to say about him and the staff. He also has great people working for him. Kerry cleans my teeth and I know I'm getting the best cleaning. He is highly recommended. I'm a doc Loeser fan.

Not only was I able to watch TV during my dental procedure, they had a ton of magazines for me to look through as well. I barely even noticed that my dental procedure was going on because I was fully entertained the entire time. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. He is great dentist and really nice person. He some impnats for me never hurt and was very resonable. highly recomend
