I have been going to Dr. Swartwood for many years. He is kind, caring and is dedicated to his work. I have found him to be honest and gives you a choice of dental procedures that would be best for you.. He tells his patients what needs to be done.and allows you time to think & decide what is best for yourself. Extremely patient and offers his patients many ways of paying for his/her service. I am very pleased with him and he is very centrally located in Onondaga Hill area not far from Upstate Hospital and Onondaga Community College. He makes every attempt to accommodate you with a convenient schedule for making appts. and has free parking available for his patients. I would certainly recommend him, so give him a try.
