In general, the dental staff was great, but they completely lied about insurance to me. I constantly asked if procedures were covered under my dental plan and they would confirm that it was. At the end of every visit, they would tell me that everything was covered and I was all set. Come to find out, my insurance was completely accepted by them and they decided to charge me an extra $300 on my bill. Communication was horrible because they did not even remember my specific case and I had to constantly remind them. Overall, the medical staff was very helpful, but the administrative staff was absolutely misleading. I would not recommend you go here. Unless you want to be overcharged for your dental work.
