Every time I went to Asepen Dentist in Mattydale, they had a different dentist. Most seemed like were just out of school, or had very minial experience. They keep pushing additional procedures and rinses/products on me - even when I was very firm that I didn't want them. I wonder if they make a commission. They messed up the billing. I tried and tried to call, wrote letters and twice just showed up at the office in an attempt to clarify thier billing. I don't mind paying my bill, but I very much mind being made to overpay. I repeatedly asked them to prove thier charges. They failed to do so. They threatened that my refusal to pay $78 would negatively affect my credit. I asked them many times to simply call my insurance company to work the matter out. They refused. Stated it wasn't thier job to call my insurance company (???). Luckily, about 1.5 years later my insurance company sent me a notice that a check that they sent the dentist went uncashed. I immediately brought this to the attention of Aspen Dental. The stated they would "look into it" I called every 3-4 weeks for 3 months. It was very hard to contact someone. Then one day, I was checking my credit card statement & saw a credit of $62 from Aspen Dental. All that argueing that THEY actually owed ME money had been ignored for over 2 years. Then then did not even bother to phone or write to explain that they were crediting my account. Horrible customer service. I reccomend Forth-Tromble Dentists just a few miles down the road for excellant customer service, caring professionals and a new facility!
