I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately.

From the moment I walked in the door I was impressed as to the cleanliness and sparkling atmosphere of this Dental office. I was Greeted by an enthusiastic receptionist whom spoke not only English, but Spanish as well. She guided me thoroughly on the new patient form I was to fill out and said if I had any questions, not to hesitate asking. No sooner did I complete the form I was guided into a Dental examination room by a very sweet Dental Assisstant. She took an x-ray of the tooth I had problems with and said the dentist would be with me in a moment. A short time passed and Dr. Genco said it was a pleasure to meet me, looked into my mouth, determined a few options on what I should do.

Dr. Peter A. Genco should be quite proud of his staff, as well of himself, He possessed a knowledgable demeanor from the Get-Go and makes you feel at ease. I will be back for sure.
