My experience with Dr Pascoe began some thirty plus years ago as a result of dealing with dentists that were of less integrity. It was evident from the begining Dr Pascoe conveyed his expertise in his field in way which was readily discernable that he was a cut above his peer group in Dentistry. I have been satisfied with his adept skill, proficiency and responsive way of addressing any of my questions and concerns and I would be remiss if I did not also acknowledge the professionalism of his staff.

Practically Impossible

Not at all. They closed early even though they knew I needed help

The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best

Not really, I was given a couple tips but not very many

Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Everyon that works in this dental office is extremely professional and very talented. I highly recommend dr. Pascoe andhis staff to my friends and family.

One cannot always count on this dentist to be there for you.Never ask questions about your dental concerns to this man. He becomes defensive, nasty, and panics. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. I was completely distressed during my appointment when he became very upset with me for asking dental questions. He told me I was not suppose to ask them now and proceeded to become paranoid saying that he is doing what has to be done now and will see about things later. I explained that I had some concerns regarding some stories I heard about my concerns and was only asking to understand things better because he was my dentist and he is the expert and rather I have no formal dental training. He proceed to accuse me of a number of things that purely never occured. This man clearly has a problem if you catch him on the wrong day and ask a question that he does not like. I once again explained to him that I was only trying to understand my dental concerns and that I was only the patient and not a dentist. I again explained that he was the dentist I was only asking questions that I had concerns about regarding my teeth and possible further dental needs. This man is not all there. Furthermore, it all took place on visit to his office after having oral surgery and my OS had directed me to see my regular dentist regarding a tooth in a different area that was also troubling me. Further to this my OS also had asked me why if I was seeing dr pasco for over a year and the tooth that had the surgery was never addressed. I explained that dr pasco forgot (as I asked on two different occasions if he was going to do anything with it) and said he would on the next visit and hoped it did not crack until then. Unfortunately, In fact, it did crack and it was after the oral surgery that I went back to see him for the front tooth, I also said that I wish the other tooth had been addressed sooner to have avoided the oral surgery. This is when this man became a changed man. In stead of clearly explaining things and having a discussion with a patient respectfully. He became extremely defensive, extremely paranoid,nasty, and disrespectful to his patient! This man has no compassion for his patients and should be ashamed of himself!!! He did not care that his patient had questions about another tooth that my OS wanted him to look at. He did not care to address any concerns or questions from a patient who recently had oral surgery and some concerns. I cannot stress enough for PATIENT BEWARE if you need that when and if the time should ever come that you need your dentist the most and you question may not be what he wants to discuss with you, do not expect to count on his knowledge, explain, or to address your concerns. ! He is a disconnected individual and lacks a sensitivity chip!!! I was unable to relax and ended up having to leave than take his accusations in his attempt to cover any claim his mind was shouting inside him. I would never recommend this dentist - especially when you need your dentist the most he is a selfish, nasty man who obviously appeared afraid for some other reasns and became crazy about it. He should be ashamed of his self!!!

Dr. Pascoe has the most up to date, well taken care of and clean dental equipment. He and the staff make an extra effort to make sure their patients are comfortable and informed. When I left my appointment I secure that I had been well taken care of. Dr. Pascoe does not preform any unnecesary treatments, he listens carefully and explains options and benifits. I always feel confident in his expertise and care. The doctor and his staff remember all their patients by name and greet them as soon as I walk in the door. They are so thoughtful, concerned and efficient.
