I was a dentist who was terminated today. Their explanation of the termination was not only unethical but highly illegal. If the owner and another female dentist there tell you that you need crowns or gum treatment don't just walk away.....RUN! Not only is the work environment extremely hostile and disrespectful, but the entire practice is based upon highly aggressive and unnecessary treatment plans. Disgusting how greed can prevail over honest patient care.
