Dr kirchmann extracted 4 teeth and placed Implants immediately, 3 failed soon after. To which I'm going to add they were extremely expensive. ! And that office does not accept Insurance !! Soo be aware future patients.
Rob Kirchmann, extracted two of my lower teeth. Then at the same time placed Two Implants. a few month's later they FAIL'D I was NEVER aware He was no expert on Implants. Please be on your toes when you go in this office. they don't except Ins. and they are VERY expensive!
The dentist, Rob Kirchmann, is WONDERFUL! He is kind, painless, and honest. If he wasn't there, I would never go again. His office manager, Chrissy, is a nightmare! She is manipulative and unwilling to work with you! Dr. Kirchman had an understanding that I could pay what I could when I could. I've been paying off a balance of almost $8000 and I'm down to $2500. Now the office manager was giving me a hard time to start work b/c she didn't get the predetermination letter from my insurance. I called the insurance and told her that I was precertified and she didn't believe me and then canceled my appointment until I could "prove" it to her. I've been in pain and uncomfortable for over 2 months! I just so happend the same day she canceled my appointment I got the precertification in the mail. Now I have to wait some more!
