I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They gave me advice about what I could do at home to prevent tooth decay, and it's really helped. They are very knowledgeable. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. Most of the time, they don't call me back for quite a while, but they've called me back quickly once or twice.
